When and how to take each food supplement?

Multivitamin Daily F20 complex - 120 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule twice a day.
  • When? Take with food (e.g. breakfast + dinner).
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

Bio Acerola - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1-2 capsules daily.
  • When? Anytime during a day, better to take with food.
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

Vitamin D3+K2, 1000 IU D3 / 25 µg K2 - 1100 drops

  • How many? 2 drops daily.
  • When? Ideally take with the main meal (breakfast). When taken on an empty stomach, the rate of absorption decreases.
  • How? They are best absorbed in combination with food containing fat.

Vitamin D3, 2000 IU - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule every 2 days.
  • When? Ideally take with the main meal (breakfast). When taken on an empty stomach, the rate of absorption decreases.
  • How? They are best absorbed in combination with food containing fat.

Vitamin K2, 80 µg - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule daily.
  • When? Ideally take with the main meal (breakfast). When taken on an empty stomach, the rate of absorption decreases.
  • How? They are best absorbed in combination with food containing fat.

Magnesium, zinc + vitamin B6 - 120 capsules

  • How many? 2 capsules daily.
  • When? Ideally taken on an empty stomach, i.e. 45 minutes before breakfast or, conversely, 2 hours after the last meal. In case of nausea, it can be used before going to bed. Taking before bed can improve sleep quality.
  • How? We do not recommend combining it with calcium, i.e. food rich in this mineral (dairy products), because calcium affects the bioavailability of zinc.

Zinc, 15 mg - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule daily.
  • When? Ideally taken on an empty stomach, i.e. 45 minutes before breakfast or, conversely, 2 hours after the last meal. In case of nausea, it can only be used before going to bed.
  • How? The absorption of zinc when taken with food is very low. It is mainly reduced by phytates (contained in whole grains, legumes), fibre, iron, alcohol or coffee.

  • How many? 1-2 capsules daily.
  • When? Anytime during the day, better to take with food.
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

  • How many? 3 capsules daily.
