Why don't I get free shipping even though the minimum order value is met?

Whenever the total value of your order is 65 EUR or more, you are entitled to free shipping. This is no different for subscriptions. However, due to a technical deficiency that we are working on fixing, you may be charged shipping even though the order value is met. Below you will find the procedure to avoid this.


Why are you being charged for postage?

    • This is because different delivery intervals are set for different products when you first order your subscription. The system then fails to evaluate that these products will be delivered together on the first order and automatically charges postage as well.


What should I do if I want to have free shipping but at the same time receive products at different intervals?

    • We strongly recommend that you first set the same delivery interval for all the products you intend to receive for your first order

    • Postage, if the minimum order value is met, will not be charged at this time. 

    • Once the order has been processed, you can adjust the delivery intervals for each product according to your preferences.
